Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Holland, MI seeks a Community Relations Director to lead the sales and marketing team at the community. You will coordinate tours, respond to inquiries, and develop outreach to attract prospective residents and referrals.

You will partner with executives, manage events, and maintain strong relationships with families, residents, and care providers to achieve monthly move-ins and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Experience with a competitive outside and inside sales environment.
• Outgoing, personable, competitive, organized, and self-motivated leader.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• English fluency preferred.
• Does not take “no” as an answer and is not afraid of rejection.
• Proficient with CRM systems and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Respond promptly to walk-ins, phone, and mail-ins.
• Plan events with Sales and Marketing to attract leads and referrals.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and care providers.
• Maintain knowledge of software programs used in the community.
• Support weekend management rotation.
• Achieve planned move-ins and net gains monthly.
• Communicate with Executive Directors and regional leadership.
