Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant units and prepares spaces for turnover and cleaning.
• Completes minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor and assists in the turnover process.
• Changes all locks per property policy and ensures gates to pool areas operate safely and per codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards or safety concerns.
• Demonstrates customer service by treating residents with respect and addressing complaints.
• Follows safety policies and completes required safety training and reporting of accidents.
