Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, common areas, and exterior spaces of our multi-family communities in Decatur, GA. The role covers landscaping, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks to keep properties attractive and safe for residents.

This position is non-exempt, requires weekend availability, and relies on dependable, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication and basic computer skills to coordinate with the Maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Must read and write simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Mathematical skills include basic calculations, rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to apply common sense to instructions and problems.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking areas, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash daily from office areas and perimeter.
• Assist in preparation of market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist with and perform assigned maintenance tasks promptly.
• Assist in cleaning available units and models.
• Operate a pressure washer and backpack blower.
• Deliver resident notices.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with safety procedures.
