Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Must be well-organized and able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds and exteriors in attractive condition; maintain common areas, sidewalks, and alleys.
• Walk property daily, pick up debris, operate the compactor, and empty trash cans in common areas.
• Maintain and clean the pool and pool area; assist in other maintenance tasks as needed.
