Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior areas, amenities, leasing office and surrounding grounds of a multi-family property in Baton Rouge. You will perform daily upkeep, trash removal, basic cleaning of units and models, and operate equipment like pressure washers and blowers while following safety procedures.

The role requires strong communication, weekend availability, and basic computer skills with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and perform basic math.
• Strong computer skills including Word/Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and leasing office areas.
• Remove trash daily and assist in market-ready unit prep.
• Operate pressure washer and backpack blowers safely.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Perform tasks and maintain safety procedures.
