• Prepare market-ready units, including vacants.
• Assist in maintenance tasks and safe operation of equipment.
• Clean available units and model apartments.
• Operate pressure washer and backpack blowers.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Follow safety procedures during tasks.
