Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a maintenance/groundskeeper to preserve the appearance and safety of our communities in Suwanee, GA. You will help the maintenance team, ensure professional conduct with residents and vendors, and uphold regulatory requirements.

Duties include landscaping tasks, litter control, and pool area upkeep. We value reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation; rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and exert 50 lbs of force.
• Must endure walking, bending, squatting, climbing and prolonged standing.
• Ability to grip with hands and use power/hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance team with minor tasks.
• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally with residents, vendors and staff.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws, ADA, and safety regulations.
• Blow leaves from sidewalks, driveways and common areas; pick up litter and sanitize containers.
• Maintain pool area and related facilities.
