Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper in Johns Creek, GA to maintain exterior areas, amenities, and curb appeal of the community. You will perform minor repairs under direction, support the make-ready process, and ensure clean, safe surroundings for residents and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Typical hours are Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts based on site needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with safe use and maintenance of hand tools and power tools.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and debris.
• Remove trash from vacant units and prepare spaces for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist with make-readies.
• Ensure gates and locks and safety features function properly.
• Communicate with residents and team members in a courteous manner.
