Job summary

ACM LLC in Decatur, GA is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, and parking areas of a multi-family community. Assist in preparing market-ready units and perform assigned maintenance tasks with safety in mind.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, can work weekends, and are comfortable using Word, Outlook and Excel. Reports to the Regional Maintenance Director; position is non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and after hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of grounds, amenities, and building exteriors.
• Remove trash daily from office and perimeter.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Assist and perform maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Clean available units and models.
• Operate pressure washer and backpack blower.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Follow safety procedures.
