FirstService Residential is seeking a Gatekeeper to be the first point of contact for homeowners, residents, guests, and vendors at our community gatehouse. The role emphasizes exceptional service, safety, and efficient direction to destinations within the property.

The position requires the ability to respond to emergencies, operate gate systems, and work extended hours including weekends. A strong focus on professionalism and safety is essential to maintain community standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and operate on varied gates and weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as gate staffing requires.
• Able to navigate the property quickly and safely.

• Greet and direct residents, guests, and vendors; respond to inquiries.
• Operate electronic gate control systems and respond to emergencies.
