Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or SMS promptly.
• Process card transactions accurately and resolve account issues.
• Promote programs and upcoming events using in-person marketing skills.
• Maintain a neat front desk and organize marketing materials.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels of flyers and trifolds.
• Ensure customer service technologies work and report issues.
