Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter or exit the facility.
• Answer calls and return voicemails promptly; reply to emails/SMS.
• Process card transactions accurately and resolve issues.
• Promote programs and events using knowledge of AGS.
• Maintain neat front desk and organize marketing materials.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels of materials.
• Ensure customer service technology functions properly and alert management of issues.
