Job summary

AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking a friendly Front Desk Host to greet visitors, handle inquiries via phone/email/SMS, and process transactions at the front desk. The role involves promoting programs and events, maintaining the facility, and supporting light administrative tasks with attention to detail.

You should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal communication. This position is onsite at our Florida location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or communications qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter or leave the facility.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and SMS; respond promptly.
• Process card transactions accurately and resolve issues.
• Promote programs and upcoming events.
• Keep the front desk area neat; organize marketing materials display.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels; report technical issues to management.
