Magma Ranch II is seeking a Front Desk Monitor to serve as the welcoming heartbeat of the community. You’ll manage the front entrance, handle incoming calls, and deliver top-tier customer service to residents and guests, helping make every visit smooth and pleasant.

In this on-site role, you’ll collaborate with the On-site Community Manager, greet visitors, monitor deliveries, and assist with events. A friendly, organized individual thrives in our amenity-rich, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Direct receptionist duties with high-quality customer service.
• Manage inbound calls and greet visitors efficiently.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic database use.
• Multitask effectively in a high-volume setting.
• Collaborate with the on-site community manager and staff.
• Maintain organization and tracking across tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct receptionist support to inbound callers, visitors, and vendors with top-tier service.
• Works with On-site Community Manager to manage front reception and inbound calls; assists with administrative projects.
• Filters inbound calls to determine direction.
• Greets visitors/homeowners and assesses their needs.
• Monitors pickups/deliveries.
• Assists with events and other related duties.
