Job summary

Del Webb Mirehaven in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Front Desk Monitor to welcome residents and guests, answer phones, manage the reception area, and deliver outstanding customer service in a busy 55+ community.

You will support events, check-in residents for activities, give tours of the amenity building, and collaborate with the on-site Community Director and Lifestyle Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• 2 years: Experience in Receptionist/Administrative Support/Customer Service in an office.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests at the front desk and provide friendly customer service.
• Answer phones and manage the front entrance, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with event setup, registration, and tours of the Amenity Building.
• Coordinate with Administrative Support and on-site leadership to handle front desk duties.
• Perform light cleaning and maintain the reception area.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
