Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• At least 2 years of receptionist, administrative support, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct receptionist support with top-quality customer service.
• Coordinate with Administrative Support, On-site Community Director, and Lifestyle Coordinator.
• Filter inbound calls and greet visitors to determine needs.
• Assist with events and resident registrations.
• Give tours of the Amenity Building.
• Perform light cleaning and other duties as assigned.
