Qualifications

• Handles daily financial operations for an apartment community.
• Performs monthly close, reports, and reconciliations.
• Manages rent collections, deposits, and invoicing.
• Uses property management software to log and report finances.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and processes payments and deposits.
• Reconciles bank accounts and generates financial reports.
• Reviews leases and enforces terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews vendor invoices and codes charges to COA codes.
• Supports evictions following legal requirements.
• Manages move-outs and disposition per procedures.
• Assists with leasing and marketing activities as needed.
