Job summary

IWG is seeking a part-time Community Associate for our Las Vegas center. You will work on-site 25 hours per week, 8:30am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday, handling member needs, printing, invoicing, and basic IT tasks, while contributing to community events.

You’ll build relationships with customers, coordinate daily operations, and support dynamic center activities to ensure a smooth, friendly experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to own problems and resolve them independently.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the community within the center.
• Handle customer inquiries, printing, and invoicing tasks.
• Assist with event planning and center activities.
