Capital Consultants Management Corporation is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, uphold community standards, and liaise with contractors and homeowners. The role emphasizes service orientation, organization, and strong communication within a resident-focused environment.

You will assist the Community Manager, conduct inspections, and help manage assessments and design review processes, while coordinating with staff and volunteers at a vibrant master-planned

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management.
• 2-3 years in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong customer service focus.
• Proficient in Windows; able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check.
• CAM license preferred; required in Florida within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards.
• Conduct monthly inspections using online tools to track compliance and cleanliness.
• Provide information and education to homeowners about associations and Deed Restrictions.
• Oversee projects and liaise with service contractors and vendors.
• Serve as onsite contact for assessment collections and monitor payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives on assessments.
• Work with the Design Review Committee in design review processes.
• Oversee site staff and grounds services teams.
• Interact with residents and volunteers; attend Board and Committee meetings.
