Job summary

CCMC is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to lead daily operations for a large master-planned community. You will oversee assets, vendors and resources, align actions with governing documents, and supervise the onsite team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

As a trusted liaison among residents, board members and staff, you will manage budgets, report variances, and support long-term strategic decisions, while fostering inclusion and a safe, engaged community.

Qualifications

• Three+ years onsite HOA/community management or similar experience (hospitality, parks&recreation).
• Bachelor’s degree or related certifications preferred.
• CAM license may be required upon hire in certain states.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the community and oversee assets, vendors, and resources.
• Build strong relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives for financial transparency.
• Develop and implement risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Guide and mentor the onsite team to achieve delegation, collaboration and performance goals.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy changes to align with community goals.
• Facilitate resident meetings and encourage active participation and inclusion.
