GRE Management is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to cultivate a welcoming community and manage the resident life cycle. You will serve as the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering exceptional service to boost renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins, supervising maintenance coordination, monitoring online reputation, and supporting leasing efforts.

Competenze

• Knowledge of state landlord-tenant law is a must.
• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year with GRE Management.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Mansioni

• Oversees move-in orientation and ensures documentation.
• Coordinate make-ready and communicate ready dates.
• Inspect apartments and schedule outstanding items.
• Provide excellent customer experience and follow up.
• Monitor lease renewals and prepare renewal letters.
• Assist Leasing Professional with tours and marketing cycle.
• Manage resident events and community engagement.
• Handle lease violations and resident complaints.
• Support eviction processes for non-payment.
