Job summary

GRE Management LLC is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to drive a positive resident life cycle at the community. You will act as the main contact for residents and prospects, delivering superior service to enhance satisfaction and renewals.

You will coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance, manage lease files, monitor online reputation, and support marketing and leasing efforts. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of landlord-tenant law and related statutes.
• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules for administrative and maintenance teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and situations.
• Excellent communication with residents, prospects, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-in orientation and ensure required documents are received.
• Coordinate make-ready work with maintenance before move-in.
• Manage unit availability and communicate dates to leadership.
• Inspect apartments and schedule items to address with maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer experience and timely follow-up with applicants.
• Monitor lease documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Track resident satisfaction via surveys and respond to feedback.
• Support lease renewal activities and communicate renewal timelines.
• Assist Leasing Professional with tours, guest information, and leasing cycle tasks.
• Foster a sense of community and connect residents with events and programs.
• Handle resident complaints and lease violations under supervision.
• Promote FlexRent enrollment and benefits.
• Lead on-site operations in Community Director’s absence.
• Assist with eviction processes related to non-payment.
• Distribute notices and maintain confidentiality as needed.
• Ensure proper coordination with centralized processing for notices.
