The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in property management, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while coordinating with maintenance and leasing staff.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in property management is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to sit for long periods using office equipment, as well as walk the community and lift supplies as needed.
• Annual or semi-annual travel may be required for this role.

Aufgaben

• Build a welcoming atmosphere and address resident issues with care and urgency.
• Plan and execute engaging community events that foster a sense of belonging.
• Know when to escalate resident concerns to the Community Manager.
• Assist the Community Manager and Sales team to ensure homes are ready for new residents and move-ins are seamless.
• Coordinate documents for new move-ins and lease renewals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage work orders to ensure rental maintenance requests are completed within 48 hours.
