Job summary

B HOM STUDENT LIVING LLC in Tampa is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador to engage residents, support leasing, and coordinate community programming for a vibrant living environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality, with on-site housing and evening/weekend availability. You will interact with residents and participate in events, tours, and office tasks to uphold a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements: Minimum 12 undergraduate credit hours (or 6 graduate hours) and Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Must be able to live on-site in assigned staff housing.
• Move in prior to the start of the academic year for training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute resident engagement and programming to enhance the living experience.
• Assist with leasing efforts including tours, follow-ups, and housing events.
• Support outreach marketing at housing fairs and campus events.
• Cover scheduled office shifts, including evenings and weekends; assist with move-in/move-out processes.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and respond to resident concerns.
• Promote a positive, professional image of the B.HOM brand and support conflict resolution.
