Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Ambassador for The Metropolitan at Tampa. This part-time role guides prospective residents through leasing, supports marketing events, and helps maintain a vibrant resident experience.

You will close sales, promote the community online, handle inquiries, and assist with campaigns using Entrata. The position requires evening/weekend availability and collaboration with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and communicate information clearly to prospects, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns using the Property Management Software.
• Maintain a positive community environment and address resident concerns, escalating as needed.
• Participate in Turn-related activities such as move-in/out, inspections, and unit make-readies.
