Job summary

Windsor Communities is seeking a Resident Manager I for our Windsor Kennesaw property in Kennesaw, GA. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate move-ins, and act as the primary liaison between residents and Services teams to deliver an exceptional living experience.

The role emphasizes move-in satisfaction, renewal activities, and close collaboration with Sales Leadership to convert prospects into residents.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Lead resident package management and move-in documentation.
• Coordinate move-in inspections and ensure a seamless welcome for new residents.
• Maintain post-move-in communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Service Manager on Work Order communications and follow-ups.
• Support monthly invoicing and budget monitoring.
