You will greet visitors, onboard/offboard clients, coordinate center services, and maintain readiness of offices, conference rooms, cafés, and common areas while coordinating with vendors and building management. This role emphasizes service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality, coworking, office administration, or service-focused environments.
  • Customer service experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM or scheduling/workplace management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hospitality and a best-in-class client experience at all touchpoints.
  • Greet visitors, onboard/offboard clients, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain center readiness, manage mail, shipments, and supply inventories.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings, catering, and vendor coordination.
  • Support meetings, events, and community-building activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks, invoices, POs, and expense reconciliations.
