Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Texas seeks a Community Associations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple communities and guide Boards. You will assist with contractor selection, insurance coordination, and long-term planning while developing strategic plans to improve services and efficiency.

The role requires preparing and presenting monthly management reports with actionable insights, and delivering clear financial and operational updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in property management / community management experience.
• Experience managing complex developer portfolios and relationships.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of communities and guide Boards.
• Assist with contractor selection, insurance coordination and long-term planning.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance services and efficiency.
• Prepare for and conduct Board and Annual Meetings with actionable reports.
• Present clear financial and operational reports to Boards and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, laws, and industry standards.
• Implement risk management and manage insurance coverage; handle claims.
• Analyze complex issues with sound judgment and problem-solving.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
