CCMC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations and uphold community standards in our master‑planned communities in Henderson, NV. You will assist with inspections, educate homeowners, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring compliance with governing documents and laws.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar.
• 2–3 years in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication; excellent telephone etiquette.
• Multi-tasking, highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.
• Proficient computer skills in Windows environment.
• Stable transportation with valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to full-time schedule; some after-hours/weekends.
• Pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check.
• CAM license preferred (Nevada within 90 days of hire if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards.
• Perform monthly inspections using online programs; notify homeowners of compliance issues.
• Provide information and education to homeowners on associations and Deed Restrictions.
• Oversee projects as directed; liaise with contractors and vendors.
• Be onsite contact for assessment collections and monitor payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives on assessments.
• Coordinate with the Design Review Committee in the Design Review process.
• Oversee site staff and grounds services teams.
• Interact with residents and volunteers; attend Board and Committee meetings.
