Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our Ontario center. You’ll greet customers, manage day-to-day operations, handle inquiries, assist with room setups, and keep the center running smoothly to support members’ businesses.

You’ll coordinate with the Community Manager on events, process requests through our service portal, and help maintain accurate invoicing and occupancy. A friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-of-house roles.
• Proactive in solving problems and helping customers.
• Comfort with basic IT and office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist center clients and guests.
• Coordinate day-to-day center operations and service requests.
• Assist with events and community activities and ensure accurate invoicing.
