IWG plc in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a friendly Community Associate to help create and maintain a welcoming center for members across diverse industries. You’ll handle front-desk tasks, answer questions, and support day-to-day operations with a focus on service quality.

You’ll assist with meeting room setup, printing, mail and invoicing, and work with the Community Manager to plan networking events. The role includes an hourly rate of $18.10 and a supportive, business-casual environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with center services and inquiries
• Set up equipment like projectors and assist with meeting rooms
• Process invoices and ensure services are properly charged
• Maintain center amenities and respond to support requests
• Coordinate networking events with the Community Manager
• Keep the center tidy and ready before closing
• Assist with printing and mail/package handling
