Job summary

IWG is seeking a proactive Community Associate to support customers in our Greenville center. You’ll manage daily admin tasks, assist with inquiries, and help keep the center running smoothly for a great customer experience.

You’ll coordinate events, prepare invites and posters, and liaise with the Community Manager to organize upcoming networking activities. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to build relationships and empathize with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the center with daily needs and inquiries.
• Handle requests such as WiFi codes, package status, directions, and projector setup.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper service charging.
