Job summary

IWG in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a friendly Community Associate to help build and maintain a thriving centre community while handling everyday front-desk tasks and customer needs. You’ll ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Owns problems and finds solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle a variety of requests to support daily operations.
• Assist with center tasks: wifi changes, directions, equipment setup, and invoice handling.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and service charging for center activities.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on events, posters and notices within the center.
• Support networking events and maintain a welcoming, tidy, and productive environment.
