Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate to join our on-site team at our Kennesaw, GA center. You’ll help manage daily operations, assist customers, and ensure smooth center services from opening to closing. Expect hands-on support for meetings, printing, mail, and invoicing, all while driving a welcoming community vibe.

You’ll coordinate events, answer requests, and work with the Center City Manager to maintain a premium client experience in a busy workspace environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center, handling inquiries and needs.
• Set up rooms, projectors, and AV equipment for meetings and events.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges.
• Coordinate with the City Manager on events and center operations.
• Support networking events and center communications with customers.
