IWG in Seattle is hiring a Community Associate to manage the daily operations of our center and deliver outstanding service to members and guests.

You'll greet customers, handle inquiries, set up rooms and equipment, process invoices, and keep the center running smoothly while coordinating with the City Manager on upcoming events.

This position offers a balanced schedule with no nights or weekends and opportunities for growth within a global coworking network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive in solving problems and ownership of issues.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle multiple tasks.
• Assist customers with center services, setup, billing, and invoicing.
• Organize and coordinate center events and networking activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center environment.
• Assist with room setups, AV equipment, and directions for guests.
