IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our Seattle center to work with new and existing customers across industries, helping run the center so clients can focus on their business.

You’ll greet guests, answer questions, set up meeting spaces, manage invoices and tickets in the service portal, and help organize weekly networking events. The role offers a balanced schedule and growth opportunities within the global network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Ownership mindset to resolve issues
• Positive, adaptable, and able to handle change
• Experience with MS Office or basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and 18+

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the community within the center and assist customers
• Help with questions, Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and setup
• Handle invoicing, tickets, and service requests in the portal
• Organize networking events and draft e-invites
• Post notices and posters around the center
