Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Petaluma, CA. You will work with customers across industries to create and maintain a thriving center community, handling administrative and support needs so clients can focus on their business.

A typical day includes welcoming customers, resolving requests like Wi-Fi changes, package inquiries, printing and invoicing, and organizing events. You’ll help plan next week's networking event and keep the center ready for the next day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, setup, and services in the center.
• Maintain and charge for services, manage invoices.
• Plan and support networking events and center activities.
• Ensure center is tidy and ready before opening, and close out at day's end.
