Job summary

Green Oaks of Canal Winchester is seeking an Executive Director to lead the lease-up and launch of a brand-new senior living community in Columbus, OH. You will shape the culture, operations, and financial performance from day one, providing hands-on supervision and empowering a compassionate team aligned with our mission of love, compassion, and dignity.

This role requires strong leadership, healthcare leadership experience, and the ability to grow occupancy while maintaining high-quality care

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Prior sales and marketing experience for lease-up communities.
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Leadership and supervisory ability with mentoring skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and financial performance of the Community.
• Provide hands-on supervision and empower staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Develop and implement QA and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engage residents and families with compassionate, meaningful service.
• Collaborate with marketing to oversee occupancy development.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a motivating, collaborative problem-solving environment.
