Lululemon Athletica in Washington state is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, support product seeding, and strengthen the store as a community hub while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.

You will collaborate with store leadership, engage with local studios, host events, analyze community impact, and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life and enhance guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and grow guest acquisition.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and metrics and share insights with store leadership.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences.
