Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Massachusetts is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, engaging with ambassadors and local partners while delivering a world-class guest experience on the sales floor.

You will build local relationships, identify new ambassador opportunities, host events, and seed products through partnerships, all while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and using data to drive program decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel to the assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's community strategy through relationship building, events, and ambassador programs.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios, and partner studios.
• Engage guests on the floor, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Drive the product seeding strategy with community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership to inform events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and celebrate differences.
