Job summary

lululemon seeks a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy through relationship building, events, and partnerships, including product seeding with Ambassadors and local studios. You’ll bring a community perspective to guest experiences on the floor.

Based in Towson, MD, you will cultivate local relationships, support store leadership, and help drive guest engagement while reflecting lululemon’s inclusive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located; must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement Community strategy and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and grow store standing.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding with community partners and Ambassadors.
