Job summary

lululemon Towson Town Center is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, engaging with the local community and Ambassadors while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.

You will collaborate with leadership to build relationships, support events, and apply community insights to enhance guest connections and store impact across local partnerships and programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, or community building.
• Experience in grassroots marketing or brand engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios, and partner studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and grow the store’s community role.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education; integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
