Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold RSA designation or be eligible to pursue it.
• Demonstrated willingness to serve as a recovery role model.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis response services in the community when dispatched.
• Engage individuals hesitant to interact with behavioral health professionals.
• Participate in design, implementation, and evaluation of crisis solutions.
• Advocate for clients with a professional, collaborative approach.
• Provide behavioral interventions and connect clients to resources.
• Complete required documentation promptly.
