Job summary

The role requires RSA designation, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to recovery. Onsite work in the Champaign area with day-to-day responsibilities and schedule expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold RSA (Rehabilitative Services Associate) designation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements.
• Own transportation required.
• Commitment to recovery and mission of Rosecrance.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis response services in the community when dispatched.
• Engage individuals hesitant to work with behavioral health professionals through trust-building and resources.
• Contribute to design, implementation, and evaluation of crisis solutions.
• Advocate with professionalism and a collaborative approach.
• Provide behavioral interventions and linkage to services as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Rosecrance resources and referrals.
