Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new team members and coach them to succeed.

• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours, events, and busy times; update and communicate schedules.
