Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused store with enthusiasm and pride. You will supervise team members, ensure top guest service, maintain merchandising standards, and manage inventories and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and mentor staff, model Casey’s CARES values, and drive store performance through effective planning, budgeting, and collaboration with district leadership. A strong leader with communication skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving performance.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff to meet store goals.
• Comfort with varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales and uphold service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, and supervise teammates with Casey's coaching approach.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership.
• Manage labor and scheduling for regular and peak periods.
• Oversee kitchen operations and inventory, protect assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans.
• Complete required trainings and assessments, including ServSafe where applicable.
