Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in a customer‑focused environment, ensuring superb guest service and store standards. You will drive sales, maintain inventory, and coach Team Members in the Casey's Way while upholding CARES values.

This role emphasizes leadership presence during varied hours and community engagement. You will oversee labor, onboarding, and daily operations, including food preparation and merchandising, with a focus on safe, efficient store performance and guest

Responsabilidades

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales and maintain quality and service standards
• Ensure store is stocked and clean; build relationships with guests and communities
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members; coach and mentor
• Lead with Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular and peak times; coordinate scheduling
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability
• Complete daily bookwork, store walks, audits, inventories, and DSD; protect assets
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans to improve KPIs and P&L
