Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team that serves the Evansdale community with enthusiasm and pride. You will oversee all aspects of operating a Casey’s store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation.

You’ll hire and coach Team Members, model Casey’s CARES values, manage labor and scheduling, and partner with district leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail/hospitality setting.
• Experience building and coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage schedules and staffing for varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and execute Casey's strategic initiatives to drive sales and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked, clean, and guest-ready to build strong relationships with guests and the community.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members, coaching them to grow within Casey's culture.
• Model Casey’s CARES values and lead with commitment, authenticity, respect, evolving, and service.
• Manage labor budgets, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising orders; safeguard company assets.
