Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist values.
• Drive branch business development across Small Business, Mass Affluent, and IRM partnerships.
• Lead branch revenue growth through client acquisition, appointments, calls, and prospecting.
• Engage in civic and professional groups to develop new business and strengthen Truist brand.
• Lead and motivate branch teammates to meet client financial needs and team goals.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures and risk policies.
• Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
