Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of a designated branch in North Carolina. The role focuses on driving performance, coaching teams, and developing Small Business and Mass Affluent client relationships.

You will collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance, lead hiring and performance reviews, and participate in community outreach to strengthen the Truist brand and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days and NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development and performance across Small Business, Mass Affluent and IRM partnerships.
• Grow branch revenue through Small Business development and client strategies; lead appointments and prospecting.
• Participate in civic and business groups to develop new business and promote Truist Brand.
• Lead and motivate branch teammates to fulfill Purpose, Mission and Values for client financial success.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures and risk management; promote One Team culture.
• Manage human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
